In criminal defense, we never lose sight of what is at stake. Oftentimes if we do or don’t do something, it can have a direct impact on somebody’s chance to go home. You have to be uniquely equipped to be able to deal with that stress and pressure and produce under the most dire circumstances. The client always comes first.
